After the ongoing agitation against the decision of the TMBU administration to stop the services of guest teachers in the name of renewal and prevent them from taking classes, the university administration has been engulfed in this matter. In fact, the TMBU administration has banned guest teachers from taking classes. On the rejection of their demands, on Saturday, the guest teachers under the leadership of Dr. Anand Azad, president of the union, gheraoed the administrative building and demonstrated vigorously. They also raised slogans against the TMBU administration. The entire university administration echoed with slogans against the arbitrariness. A large number of teachers sat on a dharna in front of the main gate. After about an hour, the TMBU administration came on the back foot. DSW Prof. Ram Pravesh Singh and others university officers came to talk to the guest teachers, and asked to cooperate in the process of service expansion. During this, President Dr. Anand Azad said that till the order of prohibition on taking classes is not withdrawn, the movement will continue in a democratic way. Dr. Anand Azad said that the TMBU officials are doing the work of harassing the guest teachers financially and mentally by misinterpreting the order of the government. It is said that on Sunday, the TMBU administration can issue a letter of permission for the class teaching of guest teachers. Here on the information of the uproar, the police of the University police station remained present in the TMBU campus, while many officers and personnel had to wait outside for a long time due to the closure of the administrative building’s gate. It is to be known that the restoration of guest teachers in entire Bihar also started after the agitation in TMBU in 2018. Actually the teachers union of TMBU is organized. Also, whenever such a case comes here, every time vigorous agitation is organized under the leadership of Dr. Anand Azad. Guest teachers say that after the Covid epidemic, the guest teachers have not even received their salary for two months. So their financial condition is also not good. It is to be known that the guest teachers of Bihar have been continuously raising the demand to make their service permanent for a long time. But till now no concrete steps have been taken from the level of the government to protect their interests.

नवीनीकरण के नाम पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की सेवा को रोक कर उन्हें क्लास लेने से रोकने के मामले में टीएमबीयू प्रशासन के निर्णय के विरोध में जारी आंदोलन के बाद विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन इस मामले में घिर गया है। मामले के विरोध के बाद विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन अब मामले को सुलझाने में लग गया है। ये मामला अब मानसून के मौसम में गरमागया है। दरअसल टीएमबीयू प्रशासन ने अतिथि शिक्षकों के कक्षा लेने पर रोक लगा दी है। अपनी मांगें ठुकराए जाने पर शनिवार को अतिथि शिक्षकों ने संघ के अध्यक्ष डॉ. आनंद आजाद के नेतृत्व में प्रशासनिक भवन का घेराव करते हुए जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। साथ ही टीएमबीयू प्रशासन के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की। पूरा विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन मनमानी के विरोध में नारों से गूंज उठा। बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षक मुख्य द्वार के सामने ही धरना पर बैठ गए। करीब एक घंटे बाद टीएमबीयू प्रशासन बैकफुट पर आ गया। डीएसडब्ल्यू प्रो. रामप्रवेश सिंह अतिथि शिक्षकों से वार्ता करने पहुंचे, और सेवा विस्तार की प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करने की बात कही। इस दौरान अध्यक्ष डॉ. आनंद आजाद ने कहा कि जब तक कक्षा लेने पर लगाई गई रोक का आदेश वापस नहीं लिया जाएगा, तब तक लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। डॉ. आनंद आजाद ने बताया कि कि टीएमबीयू के अधिकारी सरकार के आदेश की गलत व्याख्या कर अतिथि शिक्षकों को आर्थिक एवं मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने का कार्य कर रहे हैं। बताया जाता है कि रविवार को अतिथि शिक्षकों के वर्गध्यापन को लेकर अनुमति का पत्र टीएमबीयू प्रशासन जारी कर सकता है। इधर हंगामे की सूचना पर विश्वविद्यालय थाना की पुलिस टीएमबीयू कैंपस में मौजूद रही, जबकि प्रशासनिक भवन का गेट बंद होने से कई अधिकारी और कर्मी को काफी देर तक बाहर इंतजार करना पड़ा।मालूम हो कि पूरे बिहार में गेस्ट शिक्षकों की बहाली भी 2018 में टीएमबीयू में हुए आंदोलन के बाद शुरू हुआ था। दरअसल टीएमबीयू का शिक्षक संघ संगठित है। साथ ही यहां जब भी ऐसा मामला आता है डॉ. आनंद आजाद के नेतृत्व में हर बार जोरदार आंदोलन किया जाता है। अतिथि शिक्षकों का कहना है कि कोविड महामारी के बाद अतिथि शिक्षकों को दो महीने से वेतन भी नहीं मिला है। ऐसे में उनकी आर्थिक हालत भी अच्छी नहीं है। मालूम हो कि बिहार के अतिथि शिक्षक लंबे समय से अपनी सेवा को स्थायी करने की लगातार मांग उठा रहे हैं। लेकिन अब तक सरकार के स्तर से उनके हितों की सुरक्षा के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया है।
