माननीय पटना उच्च न्यायालय प्रशासन ने रजिस्ट्रार जेनरल श्री रूपेश देव को भागलपुर का नया जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश यानी जिला जज के रूप में नियुक्त किया है। इस आशय की अधिसूचना हाईकोर्ट प्रशासन ने 22 दिसंबर 2022 को जारी की है। भागलपुर के नए जिला जज खगड़िया के रहने वाले हैं। भागलपुर के वर्तमान जिला जज श्री शिवगोपाल मिश्रा का तबादला मधेपुरा के जिला जज के रूप में किया गया है। इसके अलावा भी कई न्यायाधीशों की ट्रांसफर पोस्टिंग की गई है। वहीं एडीजे तृतीय भागलपुर सह स्पेशल जज एससीएसटी कोर्ट श्री रोहित शंकर का तबादला पूर्णिया न्यायालय किया गया है। वहीं एक दर्जन से अधिक न्यायाधीशों का भी तबादला किया गया है। बताया जाता है कि जल्द ही पूरे बिहार में काफी संख्या में प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी व अपर मुख्य दंडाधिकारी का भी तबादला होगा। एक ही स्थान पर तीन साल का टर्म पूरा कर चुके न्यायाधीशों की सूची को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है।

एक सोच ने बदल दी साहू परिवार की दुनिया संयुक्त परिवार ने रच डाला इतिहास, पहले थे लखपति, अब हुए करोड़पति पूर्व मुखिया व बड़े भाई अवधेश साहू बने मार्गदर्शक, छोटे भाई ने किया अनुसरण पूर्व बिहार की पहले उद्योग की पड़ी नींव, उद्योग मंत्री भी हुए मुरीद रूप कुमार, लीगल जर्नलिस्ट, भागलपुर, बिहार ये कहानी है नवगछिया के एक गांव साहू परबत्ता की। इस गांव के पूर्व मुखिया अवधेश साहू जिन्हें लोग गांव में प्यार से चाचा कहते हैं की एक सीख व सोच ने ने उनके पूरे परिवार की दुनिया बदल दी है। पहले ये परिवार लखपति परिवार था लेकिन संयुक्त परिवार व आपस में मिलकर काम करने की प्रवृति ने इस परिवार को अब करोड़पति परिवार बना दिया है। इतना ही नहीं अब गांव से लेकर बाहर के लोग भी परिवार की एकता देखकर उसकी मिसाल देने लगे हैं। पूर्व बिहार के पहले एथेनॉल उद्योग की नींव भी सरकारी प्रयास से इसी परिवार ने डाली है। नवगछिया के जाह्नवी चौक यानी हाइलेवल चौक के पास नवगछिया –भागलपुर मार्ग पर इस परिवार ने अपने व्यवसाय को कारोबार को एक ही छत के नीचे शुरु किया है। अब कारोबार करोडों में पहुंचा तो इस परिवार की कामयाबी से सीख लेने लोग दूर–दूर से उनके पास पहुंच रहे हैं। अभी हाल ही में बिहार सरकार के द्वारा 95 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाली एथेनॉल कारखाना की नींव यहां उद्योग मंत्री सह भाजपा के पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन के द्वारा रखी गई है। खुद उद्योग मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन भी इस परिवार में आपसी प्रेम व व्यवसाय करने की धुन देखकर उनके मुरीद हैं। इस परिवार के पास अपना सृजन चक्की आटा, साहू ब्रिक्स, श्यामा प्लाई ऐस ब्रिक्स, साहू पेट्रोलियम, साहू कोल्ड स्टोरेज आदि एक ही छत के नीचे यानी सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम में है। पूरी तरह किसान परिवार से आने वाला साहू परिवार अपनी सादगी व अपनी संस्कृति को पूरी तरह मेंटन रखता है। घर के सबसे बड़े अभिभावक पूर्व मुखिया अवधेश साहू उम्र के इस पड़ाव में भी अपने संस्कारों को अपने बच्चों में पिरोए हुए हैं। उनके छोटे भाई महेश साहू जहां ईंट व्यवसाय का कारोबार देखते हैं वहीं धीरज साहू पेट्रोलियम का व्यवसाय देखते हैं। बड़े भाई नीरज साहू व छोटे भाई प्रीतम साहू आटा चक्की, कोल्ड स्टोरेज, एथेनॉल कारखाना आदि का कारोबार संभालते हैं। साहू परिवार से जुड़ा यह परिवार हमेशा किसानों के हितों की बात करता हैं। इस परिवार की पहल के कारण अभी के समय इलाके ही नहीं बल्कि दस जिलों के करीब दस हजार से अधिक किसानों को सीधे बाजार मिल गया है। थ्री ब्रदर्स व टू पैरेंटस के इस परिवार ने समाज को यह भी संदेश दिया है कि एकता में कितना बल है। जबकि आज के समय में जब समाज व गांव में संयुक्त परिवार ताश के पत्ते की तरह बिखर रहा है वहीं इस परिवार ने संयुक्त रखकर अपने कारोबार को केलांचल में चमका कर समाज को संयुक्त परिवार की परिकल्पना से टूटने से बचाने की भी प्रेरणा दी है।

बिहार का गांव बदल रहा है। गांव अब आधुनिकता व ग्रामीण संस्कृति के संगम से चमक रहा है। भागलपुर शहर से करीब सात किलोमीटर दूर स्थित कतरनी जोन के नाम से देश में जाने वाले अंग प्रदेश के जगदीशपुर इलाके के बैजानी गांव में हुई एक शादी की व्यवस्था मैरेज इवेंट बिहार के गांवों के बदलने की कहानी कह अनूठी शादी को लेकर चर्चा में है। शादी समारोह में जो भी लोग गए वो व्यवस्था के मुरीद हो गए। बिहार के गांवों में ऐसी शादी विरले ही होती है। शादी में छपे आमंत्रण पत्र पर मधुबनी पेंटिंग की सज्जा में श्रीराम व जानकी विवाह के जरिए आमंत्रण पत्र को नया लुक देकर मधुबनी पेंटिंग के जरिए लोककला को सहेजा गया था वहीं चार दिनों के शादी समारोह को मैरेज इवेंट के रूप में ढाला गया था। जहां वरमाला के स्टेज को वॉलीबुड सेट की तरह बनाया गया था वहीं खान–पान से लकर विवाह की पूरी व्यवस्था को वायरलेस माइक के जरिए कमांड किया जा रहा था। शादी की ये सारी व्यवस्था भागलपुर विधिज्ञ संघ के सदस्य सह अधिवक्ता चंदन कुमार झा ने अपनी इकलौती पुत्री श्रेया की शादी में की थी। शादी में मिथिला की संस्कृति की झलक भी जगह– जगह दिख रही थी। भागलपुर लोककला मंजूषा पेंटिंग से जहां शादी मंडप को सजाया गया था वहीं शादी स्पॉट पर आने वाले गेस्ट के लिए अलग से साइबर हॉल बनाया गया था। वहीं विवाह स्थल पर सेल्पी प्वाइंट भी बनाया गया था। मौसम के राजा बसंत के मौसम में खुले आसमान के नीचे पलों के राजा आम के पेड़ के नीचे शादी का सारा इंतजाम था। महानगर की तरह व उसी तर्ज पर गांव में हुई इस शादी में सारी व्यवस्था की गई थी तथा शादी का पूरा मैनेजमेंट चार दिनों तक एक इवेंट के रूप में था। इस शादी में घरवालों ने देश विदेश के अपने सारे रिश्तेदारों को बुलाया था। बैजानी गांव में जहां यह शादी हुई उस जगह का नाम रुद्रालय है। शादी में हार्स डांस, गीत, गजल, से लेकर राधा–कृष्ण के ड्रेस में वरमाला का नृत्य आकर्षण का विशेष केंद्र था।
