This is the story of Sahu Parbatta, a village in Nauagachiya. A learning and thinking of the former head of this village, Avadhesh Sahu, who is affectionately called uncle in the village, has changed the world of his entire family. Earlier this family was a millionaire family, but the joint family and the tendency to work together has made this family a millionaire family. Not only this, now people from outside the village have also started giving examples after seeing the unity of the family. The foundation of the first ethanol industry of East Bihar has also been laid by this family through government efforts. This family has started their business under one roof on Naugachia-Bhagalpur road near Jhanvi Chowk i.e. Highlevel Chowk of Naugachia. Now the business has reached in crores, then people are reaching to them from far and wide to learn from the success of this family. More recently, the foundation of the ethanol factory to be built by the Bihar government at a cost of 95 crores has been laid here by the Industries Minister and former Union Minister of BJP, Shahnawaz Hussain. Industries Minister Shahnawaz Hussain himself is also a fan of this family after seeing the melody of mutual love and business. This family has its creation Chakki Atta, Sahu Bricks, Shyama Ply Ace Bricks, Sahu Petroleum, Sahu Cold Storage etc under one roof i.e. in single window system. Coming from a completely farmer family, the Sahu family maintains its simplicity and its culture completely. The eldest guardian of the house, former headman Awadhesh Sahu, is passing his sanskars to his children even at this stage of age. While his younger brother Mahesh Sahu looks after the business of brick business, Dheeraj Sahu looks after the business of petroleum. Elder brother Neeraj Sahu and younger brother Pritam Sahu handle the business of flour mill, cold storage, ethanol factory etc. This family belonging to the Sahu family always talks about the interests of the farmers. Due to the initiative of this family, not only the area but more than ten thousand farmers of ten districts have got direct market. This family of three brothers and two parents has also given a message to the society that there is so much power in unity. Whereas in today’s time, when the joint family is disintegrating like a card in the society and the village, this family has also inspired to save the society from breaking the concept of joint family by keeping it joint and shining its business in Kelanchal.

ये कहानी है नवगछिया के एक गांव साहू परबत्ता की। इस गांव के पूर्व मुखिया अवधेश साहू जिन्हें लोग गांव में प्यार से चाचा कहते हैं की एक सीख व सोच ने ने उनके पूरे परिवार की दुनिया बदल दी है। पहले ये परिवार लखपति परिवार था लेकिन संयुक्त परिवार व आपस में मिलकर काम करने की प्रवृति ने इस परिवार को अब करोड़पति परिवार बना दिया है। इतना ही नहीं अब गांव से लेकर बाहर के लोग भी परिवार की एकता देखकर उसकी मिसाल देने लगे हैं। पूर्व बिहार के पहले एथेनॉल उद्योग की नींव भी सरकारी प्रयास से इसी परिवार ने डाली है। नवगछिया के जाह्नवी चौक यानी हाइलेवल चौक के पास नवगछिया –भागलपुर मार्ग पर इस परिवार ने अपने व्यवसाय को कारोबार को एक ही छत के नीचे शुरु किया है। अब कारोबार करोडों में पहुंचा तो इस परिवार की कामयाबी से सीख लेने लोग दूर–दूर से उनके पास पहुंच रहे हैं। अभी हाल ही में बिहार सरकार के द्वारा 95 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाली एथेनॉल कारखाना की नींव यहां उद्योग मंत्री सह भाजपा के पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन के द्वारा रखी गई है। खुद उद्योग मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन भी इस परिवार में आपसी प्रेम व व्यवसाय करने की धुन देखकर उनके मुरीद हैं। इस परिवार के पास अपना सृजन चक्की आटा, साहू ब्रिक्स, श्यामा प्लाई ऐस ब्रिक्स, साहू पेट्रोलियम, साहू कोल्ड स्टोरेज आदि एक ही छत के नीचे यानी सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम में है। पूरी तरह किसान परिवार से आने वाला साहू परिवार अपनी सादगी व अपनी संस्कृति को पूरी तरह मेंटन रखता है। घर के सबसे बड़े अभिभावक पूर्व मुखिया अवधेश साहू उम्र के इस पड़ाव में भी अपने संस्कारों को अपने बच्चों में पिरोए हुए हैं। उनके छोटे भाई महेश साहू जहां ईंट व्यवसाय का कारोबार देखते हैं वहीं धीरज साहू पेट्रोलियम का व्यवसाय देखते हैं। बड़े भाई नीरज साहू व छोटे भाई प्रीतम साहू आटा चक्की, कोल्ड स्टोरेज, एथेनॉल कारखाना आदि का कारोबार संभालते हैं। साहू परिवार से जुड़ा यह परिवार हमेशा किसानों के हितों की बात करता हैं। इस परिवार की पहल के कारण अभी के समय इलाके ही नहीं बल्कि दस जिलों के करीब दस हजार से अधिक किसानों को सीधे बाजार मिल गया है। थ्री ब्रदर्स व टू पैरेंटस के इस परिवार ने समाज को यह भी संदेश दिया है कि एकता में कितना बल है। जबकि आज के समय में जब समाज व गांव में संयुक्त परिवार ताश के पत्ते की तरह बिखर रहा है वहीं इस परिवार ने संयुक्त रखकर अपने कारोबार को केलांचल में चमका कर समाज को संयुक्त परिवार की परिकल्पना से टूटने से बचाने की भी प्रेरणा दी है।
