भागलपुर के वर्तमान जिला जज अरविंद कुमार पांडे की सेवा लॉ डिपार्टमेंट को सौंपी गई है उन्हें बिहार राज्य विधि आयोग का सदस्य सचिव बनाया गया है हाईकोर्ट के रजिस्ट्रार की अनुशंसा के आलोक में इस आशय की अधिसूचना मंगलवार 1 जून को सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग ने जारी कर दी है इसके अलावा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश जहानाबाद आलोक कुमार पांडेय को बिहार जुडिशयल अकादमी पटना के निदेशक पद पर अगले आदेश तक नियुक्त कर पदस्थापित किया गया है वही सासाराम के अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश भारत भूषण भसीन को बिहार जुडिशियल अकादमी पटना के अपर निदेशक के पद पर पोस्टेड किया गया है नालंदा बिहार शरीफ के सबजज सह Aसीजेएम आदित्य पांडेय को प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारी बिहार जुडिशियल अकादमी पटना के पद पर अगले आदेश तक नियुक्त कर पदस्थापित किया गया वहीं बांका के जिला Judge बलराम दुबे को सदस्य सचिव बिहार राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार पटना के पद पर पोस्टेड कर उनकी सेवा विधि विभाग बिहार पटना को सौंपी गई है अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश रोहतास सुश्री धृति जसलीन शर्मा को बिहार राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार पटना के पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्ति हेतु उनकी सेवा विधि विभाग बिहार पटना को सौंपी गई है सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग की ओर से मंगलवार को संबंधित आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है इस महीने अपना कार्यकाल पूरा कर चुके कई न्यायिक अधिकारियों के तबादले की सूची भी तैयार हो चुकी है न्यायिक अधिकारियों की माने तो जल्द ही बिहार के कई न्यायिक पदाधिकारियों का तबादला हो सकता है वहीं भागलपुर के नए जिला जज शिव गोपाल मिश्रा जल्द ही अपना पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे वे इस सप्ताह अपना चार्ज ले सकते हैं

The service has been handed over to the Law Department, Bihar Patna, for the appointment of Additional District and Sessions Judge Rohtas Ms. Dhriti Jasleen Sharma to the post of Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna on deputation basis. a related order has been issued by the General Administration Department on Tuesday, the list of transfers of many judicial officers who have completed their tenure this month has also been prepared, if judicial officers are to be believed, soon Bihar’s many judicial officers may be transferred, while the new district judge of Bhagalpur, Shiv Gopal Mishra, will soon take charge, he may take charge this week.
