Vikas Vaibhav, Special Secretary cum IPS officer of the Home Department has said that Bihar will change only on the basis of youth. He said that youth should come forward to bring back the glorious past of Bihar. In the youth dialogue program organized by the Naugachhia chapter of Let’s Inspire Bihar in the auditorium of Bal Bharti School in Nauagachia city on Sunday, Chief Guest Shri Vaibhav said that the youth have limitless talents. If they want, they can make Bihar’s future glorious. He said that youth will have to come forward to build a new Bihar by rising above caste. On this occasion, Vikas Vaibhav, Founder, Lettuce Inspire also felicitated the talents of many meritorious students who performed well in the Nauagachia area with a citation. Alok Kumar Ranjan, National Convener of Let’s Inspire Bihar, cum expert of Law, explained the mission of Lets Inspire Bihar and its objectives in detail. He said that an initiative is being taken by Lettuce Inspire Bihar to give a platform to the talents from village to city to give a platform to their talents and entrepreneurship. On the occasion, Naugachia Superintendent of Police Sushant Kumar Saroj said that this initiative of Let’s Inspire Bihar is highly commendable and worthy of praise. He said that by getting such platforms, the talents of the youth would come to the fore. He said that organizing youth dialogue program at Naugachhia would prove to be a milestone in the development of Naugachia. Dr. Asim Kumar Das, the guest cum hospital superintendent of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College cum Hospital, exhorted the students to make a career in the field of medicine. On the stage, Navgachia’s SDPO Dilip Kumar, businessman Pawan Kumar Sarraf, Bunty Yadav and other guests were on stage. Advocate Rup Kumar conducted the function. The entire team of Lettuce Inspire, including Sridhar Kumar, James Fighter, Sumit Bhagat, played an important role in making the event a success. On the occasion, the visiting guests were welcomed by giving Manjusha, painting shawl etc. Ajay Rungta, Ramkumar Sahu, Mukesh Rana, Ajay Kushwaha, Praveen Bhagat and a large number of dignitaries and academicians and students of the city participated in the function. Promising the youth present to feed and nurture the talents of the village, Let’s Inspire said that efforts are on to connect the youth to this campaign online through a group on WhatsApp. So far, more than forty thousand youth have become a part of this campaign. Alok Ranjan, National Convener of Lettuce Inspire said that Bihar will change its state only because of youth. He said that the effect of IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav’s initiative is now visible on the ground.

नवगछिया। गृह विभाग के विशेष सचिव सह आईपीएस अधिकारी विकास वैभव ने कहा है कि युवाओं के दम पर ही बिहार बदलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार के गौरवशाली अतीत को वापस लाने के लिए युवाओं को आगे आना होगा। रविवार को नवगछिया शहर के बाल भारती स्कूल के सभागार में लेट्स इंस्पायर बिहार के नवगछिया चैप्टर की ओर से आयोजित युवा संवाद कार्यक्रम में बताैर मुख्य अतिथि श्री वैभव ने कहा कि युवाओं के अंदर असीम प्रतिभाएं हैं। वे चाहे तो बिहार का भविष्य गौरवशाली बना सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जाति से ऊपर उठकर नए बिहार के निर्माण के लिए युवाओं को आगे आना होगा। इस अवसर पर लेटस इंस्पायर के संस्थापक विकास वैभव ने नवगछिया इलाके में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले कई मेधावी छात्रों की प्रतिभाओं को भी प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया। समारोह में मंच पर लेट्स इंस्पायर बिहार के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक सह लॉ के विशेषज्ञ आलोक कुमार रंजन ने लेट्स इंस्पायर बिहार के मिशन व इसके उद्देश्यों को विस्तार से रखा। उन्होंने कहा कि लेटस इंस्पायर बिहार के द्वारा गांव से लेकर शहर तक की प्रतिभाओं को एक मंच देकर उनकी प्रतिभाओं व उद्यमिता को मुकाम देने की पहल की जा रही है। मौके पर मंचासीन नवगछिया के पुलिस अधीक्षक सुशांत कुमार सरोज ने कहा कि लेट्स इंस्पायर बिहार की ये पहल बेहद प्रशंसनीय व तारीफ के काबिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे प्लेटफार्म मिलने से युवाओं की प्रतिभाएं निखर कर सामने आएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि नवगछिया में युवा संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन नवगछिया के विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। अतिथि सह जवाहर लाल नेहरूर मेडिकल कॉलेज सह अस्पताल के अस्पताल अधीक्षक डॉ. असीम कुमार दास ने छात्रों को मेडिकल के क्षेत्र में करियर को बनाने का आहवान किया। मंच पर नवगछिया के एसडीपीओ दिलीप कुमार, व्यवसायी पवन कुमार सर्राफ, बंटी यादव समेत अन्य अतिथि मंचासीन थे। समारोह का संचालन अधिवक्ता रूप कुमार ने किया। आयोजन को सफल बनाने में श्रीधर कुमार, जेम्स फाइटर, सुमित भगत, समेत लेटस इंस्पायर की पूरी टीम का अहम योगदान रहा। मौके पर आगत अतिथियों का स्वागत मंजूषा पेटिंग शॉल आदि देकर किया गया। समारोह में अजय रूंगटा, रामकुमार साहू, मुकेश राणा, अजय कुशवाहा, प्रवीण भगत समेत शहर के काफी संख्या में गणमान्य जन व शिक्षाविद व छात्रों ने भाग लिया। गांव की प्रतिभाओं को खिलाने व खिलखिलाने का लेट्स इंस्पायर ने उपस्थित युवाओं से वादा करते हुए कहा कि वाट्सएप पर ग्रुप के जरिए ऑनलाइन युवाओं को इस मुहिम से जोड़ने की कवायद जारी है। अब तक करीब चालीस हजार से अधिक यूथ इस मुहिम का हिस्सा बन चुके हैं। लेटस इंस्पायर के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक आलोक रंजन ने कहा किा कि युवाओं के बूते ही अपना सूबा बिहार बदलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आईपीएस अफसर विकास वैभव की पहल का असर अब जमीं पर दिखने लगा है।
