Shiv Gopal Mishra becomes the new district judge of Bhagalpur
Roop Kumar, Bhagalpur. District Judge Shiv Gopal Mishra of Aurangabad has been made the new District Judge of Bhagalpur. They will contribute here after the lockdown is over. The current District judge Arvind Kumar Pandey has not been posted yet. An order to this effect has been issued on 18 May by the Patna High Court Administration. A total of 11 judicial officers have been transferred by the High Court administration. District judges of Gaya, Bhagalpur, Vaishali, Aurangabad, MujhhaperPur, Munger, Lakhisarai, Siwan, Banka, Jehanabad, and Katihar have been transferred. Shiv Gopal Mishra will be the 71st District Judge of Bhagalpur. On May 3, 2010, he became a judge with a bar quota. He was also the Chief Justice of the Family Court in Bhagalpur in 2016. Several judges who have completed their tenure at the same place by the end of this month and next month are expected to be transferred.
शिव गोपाल मिश्रा बने भागलपुर के नए जिला जज
रूप कुमार, भागलपुर। औरंगाबाद के जिला जज शिव गोपाल मिश्रा को भागलपुर का नया जिला जज बनाया गया है। वे लॉकडाउन खत्म होने के बाद यहां अपना योगदान देंगे। वर्तमान जिला जज अरविंद कुमार पांडेय की अभी नई पोस्टिंग नहीं हुई है। पटना हाईकोर्ट प्रशासन की ओर से 18 मई को इस आशय का आदेश जारी किया गया है। हाईकोर्ट प्रशासन की ओर से कुल 11 न्यायिक पदाधिकारियों का तबादला किया गया है। गया, भागलपुर, वैशाली, औरंगाबाद, मुजफ्फरपुर, मुंगेर, लखीसराय, सीवान, बांका, जहानाबाद, व कटिहार के जिला जज का तबादला किया गया है। शिव गोपाल मिश्रा भागलपुर के 71वें जिला जज होंगे। तीन मई 2010 को वे बार कोटे से जज बने थे। वे 2016 में भागलपुर में परिवार न्यायालय के भी प्रधान न्यायाधीश रह चुके हैं। इस महीने के अंत तथा अगले महीने तक एक ही जगह अपना कार्यकाल पूरा कर चुके कई जजों का तबादला होने की उम्मीद है।
