More than 2,000 cases were disposed in the National Lok Adalat held at Bhagalpur Civil Court on Saturday under the leadership of Rumpa Kumari, a woman judge and secretary of Dalsa, and under the guidance of district judge Sri Shivgopal Mishra. 15 Benches were constituted for the execution of cases in Lok Adalat organized under the banner of Dalsa. All the cases were disposed on the spot. In which 50 cases were related to claim cases. The Lok Adalat was jointly inaugurated by District Judge Shiv Gopal Mishra, Principal Judge of Family Court Hemant Kumar Tripathi, DM Subrata Kumar Sen, Dr Hemshankar Sharma, City SP Swaran Prabhat and Dalsa Secretary Rumpa Kumari. Raman Karan conducted the function. Lok Adalat was successfully organized in Bhagalpur under the leadership of Dalsa Secretary Rumpa Kumari. It was told that while settling the 2006 case on the spot, a settlement of 12 crores was also done.

Lok Adalat proved to be lucky
Rukhsana of Ludhiana and Mohd of Lodipur. The Lok Adalat held on Saturday proved lucky for Qamar. In the trial that took place after 8 months of marriage, after 3 years, the decision came with the consent of both the parties. The family court persuaded both of them to agree to live together and the husband and wife happily went home. In the factory of Rukhsana’s father, Mohd. Kamar used to work. Ishq Parwan Chadha and both of them got married on 7 March 2018 with family consent. Rukhsana left Ludhiana and started living with her in-laws’ house in Lodipur. During this, there was a dispute with the mother-in-law and she went to her maternal home. Qamar admired, but Rukhsana did not return. Then Mo. Qamar filed a case in the family court on 25 October 2018 after 8 months of marriage. After about 3 years, on the initiative of the court, both were reunited again.
38 cases of family court were listed, 6 settled, settlement of 7.21 crore in 1289 bank cases
Bibi Sahida of Radhanagar filed a maintenance case against her husband Imtiaz, a resident of Puraini. Both agreed to live together in court. In this way 6 cases were settled. Although 38 cases were listed. Dalsa secretary Rumpa Kumari said that 2006 cases were disposed of in all the benches in Bhagalpur. In this, 50 cases were related to claim cases. In the motor accident insurance suit, a claim of 4.77 crore was given to the dependents of the deceased. Reconciliable 465 criminal cases were also settled and an amount of 3.29 lakhs was settled. 78 cases related to electricity were settled and an amount of 33.99 lakhs was settled. 2.47 lakh in 89 cases of BSNL, 25 thousand in 9 cases of labor dispute, 7.21 crore in 1289 cases related to bank loan, 17 lakh in 14 cases of NI Act.
