डीबीए भागलपुर में 30 अप्रैल को अगले दो साल की कार्यकारिणी के होने वाले चुनाव को लेकर वकालतखाना की राजनीति इस गर्मी में और गर्मा गई है। इस बार का चुनाव काफी दिलचस्प होने जा रहा है। मंगलवार को लाइब्रेरी हॉल में आरओ विनोद कुमार यादव ने अपनी टीम के साथ चुनाव लड़ रहे सभी प्रत्याशियों के साथ बैठक कर चुनावी आचार संहिता का पाठ पढ़ाया। इस दौरान आरओ ने सभी प्रत्याशियों से कहा कि वे डीबीए का चुनाव शांतिपूर्ण व निष्पक्ष तरीके से कराने में अपना सहयोग दें। इस दौरान डीबीए के महासचिव पद से चुनाव लड़ रहे डीबीए के वरिष्ठ सदस्य सह डीबीए के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष अधिवक्ता किशोर कुमार झा ने निर्वाची टीम को निष्पक्ष व शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव कराने के लिए कई सुझाव भी दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने बुजुर्ग व चलने– फिरने में असमर्थ अधिवक्ताओं व महिलाओं को बूथ पर वोटिंग के दौरान किसी प्रकार की दिक्कत न हो इसे लेकर इलेक्शन कराने वाली टीम का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। डीबीए में सबसे अधिक कड़ा मुकाबला महासचिव पद को लेकर है। इस पद पर अब तक कुल 19 अधिवक्ता चुनावी मैदान में डटे हुए हैं। वहीं अध्यक्ष पद के लिए सात प्रत्याशी हैं। उपाध्यक्ष के तीन पद के लिए कुल आठ, कोषाध्यक्ष के एक पद के लिए कुल दो, सदस्य के लिए 13 प्रत्याशी, अंकेक्षक के लिए तीन, सहायक सचिव के लिए नौ व संयुक्त सचिव के लिए कुल 11 को मिला करीब 100 प्रत्याशी इस बार चुनाव में अपनी किस्मत अजमा रहे हैं।

महासचिव का चुनाव लड़ रहे अधिवक्ता किशोर कुमार झा ने कहा कि भागलपुर बार का इतिहास काफी गौरवशाली रहा है। इस अधिवक्ता संघ ने देश के न्याय व्यवस्था के विकास में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभाई है। उन्होंने कहा कि डीबीए के हर अधिवक्ता सदस्य के हितों की रक्षा व उनके मान– सम्मान को बढ़ाने व बरकरार रखने के लिए वे वकीलों के कहने पर ही चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव में जीत जिसकी हो ये मायने नहीं रखता है बल्कि हर हाल में डीबीए जीतेगा।
