कहते हैं कि जो अपने काम को पूजा की तरह करते हैं यानी वर्क को वर्शिप की तरह मान कर अपनी जिम्मेवारी का सही निर्वहन करते हैं वो आज के समय में विरले होते हैं। भागलपुर जैसे बड़े फैमिली कोर्ट में जहां आए दिन कहें तो हर दिन पारिवारिक विवाद का मामला काफी संख्या में आता है उसे काफी हद तक सुलझाने व इसे सुलझाने में सब को सहज भाव से सुनकर हर पक्ष को संतुष्ट करने की कला में महारत हासिल करने वाले यहां के फैमिली कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ प्रधान न्यायाधीश श्री हेमंत कुमार त्रिपाठ का तबादला अब कटिहार के जिला जज के रूप में हो गया है। सो वे अब यहां से विदा होकर चले गए। लेकिन अपने पीछे काम करने की एक नई संस्कृति छोड़ गए। ऐसे जज विरले होते हैं। तभी तो वकील से लेकर न्यायिककर्मियों ने उन्हें न केवल शानदार विदाई दी बल्कि विदाई की बेला में सब की आंखें गीली हो उठीं। अपने दो साल के कार्यकाल में प्रधान न्यायाधीश श्री त्रिपाठी सभी के दिलों में छा गए थे। सहज व सरल तरीके से सभी से अच्छे से बातचीत करना सभी को आराम से सुनना उनकी सहज शैली थी। जो सभी को खूब भाती थी। भागलपुर न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश फैमिली कोर्ट के प्रधान न्यायाधीश हेमंत कुमार त्रिपाठी का विदाई समारोह मनाया गया। इसमें न्यायालय के कर्मियों और अधिवक्ताओं ने फूल माला देकर पिछले 2 साल में उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की सराहना की। पिछले 2 साल से वह भागलपुर में कार्यरत थे।वही उनकी प्रोन्नति कटिहार जिला में जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश के रूप में हुई है। न्यायालय के श्रीस्तेदार वसंत कुमार सिंह द्वारा कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। वहीं, हेमंत कुमार त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि भागलपुर में मैं 2020 में जॉइन किया था। अब तक में सही से लोगो को न्याय दिलाने का काम किया हूं। जब तक सेवा दिया मुझे कभी ऐसा फील नहीं हुआ कि मैं बाहर हूं, मुझे लगा मैं अपने घर में कार्यरत हूं। मुझे यहां काम करके और यहां के सहकर्मियों के साथ काम करके बहुत मजा आया। आज के इस विदाई समारोह में कोर्ट के दर्जनों कर्मी एवं पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।वही न्यायाधीश हेमंत त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि हमे कोर्ट में जिला जज और भी लोगो का मार्गदर्शन के साथ भरपूर सहयोग मिला जिससे कभी भूल नही पाउंगा। उन्होंने करीब दो साल के कार्यकाल में 1200 से अधिक पारिवारिक विवादों का निष्पादन किया।

In a big family court like Bhagalpur, where every day a large number of family disputes come to the fore, those who have mastered the art of satisfying every side by listening to everyone with ease and resolving it to a great extent. Hemant Kumar Tripath, Senior Chief Justice of Family Court, has now been transferred as District Judge of Katihar. So now they left from here and left. But he left behind a new work culture. Such judges are rare. That’s why, from lawyers to judicial personnel, not only gave him a wonderful farewell, but everyone’s eyes became wet at the time of farewell. During his tenure of two years, Chief Justice Shri Tripathi was in the hearts of all. It was his innate style to communicate well with everyone in a simple and easy way, listening to everyone comfortably. Which everyone liked very much. Farewell ceremony of Chief Justice of Family Court Hemant Kumar Tripathi, Judge of Bhagalpur Court was celebrated. In this, the staff and advocates of the court appreciated the work done by them in the last two years by giving flower garlands. He was working in Bhagalpur since last 2 years. He has been promoted as District Sessions Judge in Katihar District. The program was organized by Shristadar Vasant Kumar Singh of the court. At the same time, Hemant Kumar Tripathi said that I had joined in Bhagalpur in 2020. Till now I have done the work of getting justice to the people properly. Till the time I gave service, I never felt that I was outside, I thought I was working in my home. I really enjoyed working here and working with the coworkers here. Dozens of court personnel and office bearers were present in this farewell ceremony today. The same judge Hemant Tripathi said that we got full cooperation with the guidance of the district judge and other people in the court, so that I will never forget. He executed more than 1200 family disputes in a tenure of about two years.
