शराब की चोरी छिपे बिक्री करने वालों पर कसा कानून का शिकंजा, स्पेशल जज ने सुनाई पांच साल की सजा
स्पेशल पीपी उत्पाद भोला मंडल ने कहा कि अब तक चार केसों में सजा सुनाई गई है। और करीब एक दर्जन केसों का त्वरित विचारण की प्रक्रिया चल रही है।

शराबबंदी कानून का असर अब जमीं पर दिखने लगा है। चोरी छिपे शराब की बिक्री करने वालों पर कानून का सीधा प्रहार हो रहा है। उत्पाद के स्पेशल जज के द्वारा शराब के अवैध कारोबार से जुड़े लोगों को लगातार सजा सुनाई जा रही है। मालूम हो कि हाल ही में शराबबंदी कानून के तहत सजा की गति तेज करने के लिए भागलपुर कोर्ट में सरकार की ओर से दो स्पेशल कोर्ट का गठन किया गया है। स्पेशल पीपी के रूप में नामित वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता भोला मंडल की मेहनत भी रंग लाने लगी है। वहीं स्पेशल जज उत्पाद शरद चंद्र श्रीवास्तव की अदालत के द्वारा लगातार सजा सुनाई जा रही है। इसी क्रम में मंगलवार 15 मार्च को बिहार मध निषेध उत्पाद अधिनियम 2016 की धारा 30 (a) में जीआर केस नंबर 2043/17 शाहकुंड (सजौर) -76/17 में विशेष न्यायाधीश (उत्पाद-2) श्री शरद चन्द्र श्रीवास्तव ने उक्त मुकदमें की सुनवाई पूरी करते हुए अभियुक्त मंगल चौधरी को पांच वर्ष और एक लाख रुपए अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई। जुर्माने की राशि नही देने की स्थिति में छह माह की अतिरिक्त सजा काटनी होगी। 13.05.2017 को सूचना मिली की सजौर चौधरी टोला में मंगल चौधरी द्वारा अवैध देशी शराब चोरी छुपे बिक्री किया जा रहा है

विशेष (उत्पाद) लोक अभियोजक भोला कुमार मंडल ने उनके स्पेशल पीपी बनने के बाद अब तक चार मामलों में सजा करवाई गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि न्यायालय के द्वारा भी त्वरित गति से विचारण कर शराबबंदी से जुड़े लंबितों केसों के निष्पादन में तेजी लाई जा रही है।

It is to be known that recently, two special courts have been constituted by the government in Bhagalpur court to speed up the speed of punishment under the prohibition law. The hard work of Senior Advocate Bhola Mandal, designated as Special PP, is also paying off. At the same time, the sentence is being continuously sentenced by the court of Special Judge Product Sharad Chandra Srivastava. In this sequence, on Tuesday, 15th March, in section 30 (a) of the Bihar Madh Prohibition Product Act 2016, Special Judge (Product-2) Shri Sharad Chandra Srivastava did the said case in GR Case No. 2043/17 Shahkund (Sajaur)-76/17. While completing the hearing, accused Mangal Choudhary was sentenced to five years and a fine of one lakh rupees. In case of non-payment of fine, additional imprisonment of six months will have to be served. Information was received on 13.05.2017 that illegal country liquor is being sold secretly by Mangal Chaudhary in Sajaur Chaudhary Tola.
