Legal News, Bhagalpur. Years of trouble can be resolved in minutes. Just once you come to Lok Adalat. The parties are welcome in the Lok Adalat. With this message, the last Lok Adalat of the year is being organized by the District Legal Services Authority, Bhagalpur on December 11 this year. For the success of the National Lok Adalat, a meeting of officers of various banks was held in his office under the chairmanship of Shiv Gopal Mishra, the District Judge cum Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority on Monday. In which the District Judge asked the bank officials to give notice to the parties for execution of maximum number of cases in the National Lok Adalat. He directed the parties to issue notices. Along with this, he also gave an interim compensation of ₹ 50,000 to the mother of a victim under the POCSO Act. Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Additional Sessions Judge Atul Vir Singh and other judicial officers were present on the occasion. For the success of National Lok Adalat, the parties are being invited by the District Legal Services Authority and they are being asked to settle their old cases through settlement. The message being given is that in Lok Adalat, neither one wins nor one side loses, but both sides win. Years of litigation is settled on the spot within minutes and all goes well. At the same time, in the episode of the program being celebrated on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, on November 1, an awareness program was organized by District Legal Services Bhagalpur in District School Bhagalpur, in which information about Indian law and importance of rights was told. On the occasion, Judicial Officer Rahul Dutta, Panel Advocate Ramswaroop Singh, Awadhesh Kumar Sinha, PLV Prashant Rai etc. told the students the nature of execution of cases through Lok Adalat. Under the Amrit Mahotsav, information about the law is being given to the common people by going door to door.

लीगल न्यूज, भागलपुर। सालों साल  का झंझट मिनटों में सुलझ सकता है। बस आप एक बार लोक अदालत तो आएं।  लोक अदालत में पक्षकारों का  स्वागत है। इसी संदेश के साथ  जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार भागलपुर के द्वारा इसी वर्ष साल के अंतिम लोक अदालत का आयोजन 11 दिसंबर को  किया जा रहा है। राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की कामयाबी के लिए सोमवार को जिला जज सह जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के अध्यक्ष शिव गोपाल मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता में उनके कार्यालय में विभिन्न बैंकों के अधिकारियों की बैठक हुई।  जिसमें जिला जज ने बैंक अधिकारियों से कहा कि राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में अधिक से अधिक वादों के निष्पादन के लिए वे लोग पक्षकारों को नोटिस करें । उन्होंने पक्षकारों को नोटिस जारी करने का निर्देश दिया । साथ ही उन्होंने पोक्सो अधिनियम के तहत एक पीड़िता की मां को ₹50,000 का अंतरिम मुआवजा भी दिया मौके पर जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव एडिशनल सेशन जज अतुल वीर सिंह एवं अन्य न्यायिकअधिकारी मौजूद थे । राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की सफलता के लिए जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार की ओर से पक्षकारों को आमंत्रित किया जा रहा है तथा उनसे कहा जा रहा है कि सेटलमेंट के जरिए अपने पुराने मामलों का को सुलझा लें। संदेश दिया जा रहा है  लोक अदालत में न कोई जीतता है ना कोई पक्ष हारता है बल्कि दोनों ही पक्ष जीतता है। वर्षों का मुकदमा मिनटों में मौके पर सुलझ जाता है और सब कुछ अच्छा हो जाता है। वहीं आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अवसर पर मनाया जा रहे कार्यक्रम की कड़ी में एक नवंबर को जिला विधिक सेवा भागलपुर की ओर से जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन जिला स्कूल भागलपुर में किया गया जिसमें भारतीय कानून की जानकारी एवं अधिकारों के महत्व को बताया गया। मौके पर न्यायिक अधिकारी राहुल दत्ता, पैनल अधिवक्ता रामस्वरूप सिंह, अवधेश कुमार सिन्हा, पीएलवी प्रशांत राय आदि ने छात्रों को लोक अदालत के जरिए मुकदमों के निष्पादन का स्वरूप बताया। अमृत महोत्सव के तहत डोर टू डोर जाकर कानून की जानकारी आम लोगों को दी जा रही है।
